September 2005 Meeting |

| The September meeting was held at Gary and Donetta's. There was a fabulous lunch and as an added bonus Donetta let everyone choose a bottle from her collection (hey we can dream can't we?). The door prize was won by Donetta and the raffle consisted of getting 2 straights in the Straight raffle and getting 2 figurals plus a straight in the figural raffle. The special raffle was for 2 nice straight sets. Donneta won one and Wayne won the second. (They drew each others tickets how suspicious is that?) The club agreed to purchase Lloyd Storie's collection (which he brought most of with him) for $500 down with 0 interest and no payments until we decide to make them, total price will be $2000. The club members in attendance decided to just split up the 300 plus figurals he brought with him amongst ourselves as an added Bonus for attending the meeting. Next month he will bring the straights and we will split those. (okay so I'm still dreaming) | |||
