About Our Club

The Northwest Miniature Bottle club was established in 1969 by 3 avid collectors of miniature liquor bottles who discovered their mutual interest in the carpet store belonging to one of them. There are currently over 25 active members located throughout the Pacific Northwest and the world. We have a diverse membership with many members specializing in specific types of bottles.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month, usually at a member’s home thus allowing the viewing of other collections. In addition to regular meetings there are special meetings held a couple times a year, a  potluck Bottle Fair in the summer and a gift exchange in December.

Each meeting begins with a drawing for a Door Prize. There are also bottle raffles (one for straight glass bottles, one for figural bottles and often a third for a variety of reasons such as a special bottle, a losers’ raffle, bottles contributed by members) held at each meeting. Buying, selling or trading of bottles with other members is also encouraged.

Membership is $10 per year. New members receive a welcome "bottle basket", our monthly newsletter, and have the option of including their collections in the member profiles section of our website. Visit the "membership" page to receive any additional information
